Alex Botelho - the big man from the Volcom surf team - launched his new surf movie Bottled, from Portugal. Alex is known as one of the best European big wave riders, and this new video is an excellent reminder that he is also a supremely talented surfer on "normal waves" as well.
Portugal has a vast array of waves, and over the winter Vasco Valadas, who filmed and edited Bottled, bubbled his way along on every last minute trip with Alex Botelho to seek out waves and great swell. They tirelessly drove Botelho's car into the ground as the winter months had them on their tip toes for each swell.
