Caramello

June 1, 2017

Lecce is in the Puglia region at the very heel of the Italian boot; it's a small city with a very charming historical center, enclosed by ancient walls and with small alleys that twist and turn between old buildings. It's where A Brief Glance magazine and Converse decided to take the newest additions to the CONS team, Mauro Caruso and Pietro Bonta, to skate and shoot Caramello.

The video shot by James Cruickshank was filmed on location and stars: Felipe Bartolomé, Remy Taveira, Pietro Bontà, Ollie Lock, Jonas Hess, Jerome Campbell and Mauro Caruso. What becomes apparent in the new edit is that even though there are various skate spots dispersed around the whole area, the boys set out to explore the city on their boards in search of interesting things to skate. Cobblestone roads and non-skateable sidewalks aside, these discover a range of interesting and original spots.
