Ed Templeton's "Inspired By..."

Everyday Ed Templeton and his wife Deanna walk down to the Huntington Beach pier, where tons of tourists, surfers, skaters, and shirtless locals all congregate to soak up the Southern California sun. It's there that the legendary photography couple find some of their greatest inspiration. From two teenagers kissing on a pier bench to a lively drum circle on the boardwalk, nothing is too small to spark the click of the shutter.

Ed is always bringing the obscure and average to light, documenting and sharing his perspective of his environment that evokes a familiarity in all of us. In this RVCA "Inspired By" video, by Brandon Jensen, Ed shares why being alive and the stupid stuff of everyday life drive his work.
