There was so much great skate content released this passed week that we went ahead and chose 5 pieces that got us hyped to get off our a** and go skate. In no particular order because these are soo good, we start you off with our little buddy CJ Collins. We have been on a trip with this kid and have seen him shoot guns and talk shit but the way he skates pools is so natural and amazing that you cannot skip watching him shred. Independent is known for having a huge solid roster from legendary skaters to amateurs ripping kids. Indy released CJ's 'Indy Raw Ams' part last week and it is really good, in addition to the sick part it was shot by our buddy Peacock.
Next up we have Pizza Skateboards new edit 'The 5ifth Floor' which was all shot in Paris. The video starts off with Chase Webb attempting an insane lip slide down a slightly curved 18 stair rail. If that's not a crazy opener, i don't know what is. With the whole team getting a slice of the pie and the awesome soundtrack attached, this film will get you pumped to go skate the local spots you usually never touch.
If you are still with us and not ready to go skate yet than this next edit will surly get you in the mood. Palace just released their latest flick 'Betamaximum Palace' which is full of sick style, dope music and entertaining skate clips. This 10min edit is soo good that we actually had to watch it multiple times today. Palace reminds us that skateboarding is fun and can be done anywhere at anytime.
Proper Skateboarding Footwear's 2nd small-length b&w video 'Props' is hot. They show you their solid team that not only rip but have a smooth style and make their shoes look nice. We really dig the full video but did you see that inward heel revert over the trash can at 4:25? DAYUMMM!!
Last but not least is Viceland: King of the Road. If you made it this far than we know your'e not really trying to go skate right now and we are fine with that. This 45min video full of extremely hard and bizarre challenges will raise your anxiety level to the max. This video is full of the top skaters like Nyjah Huston, Evan Smith, Zion Wright and many more, so you know the skate tricks are going to be insane. The race starts in Reno with a relay race thats ends with Evan Smith Peeing on a Andy Roy photo target.
