Back in 2013, videographer Dustin Miller was one of the lucky dudes that was there to document and film Craig Anderson's feature surf film Slow Dance. It was a surprisingly well-made, 30-minute film directed by Dane Reynolds' media house, Marine Layer Productions. It was impressive without taking itself too seriously, and that disarming quality was one of its biggest strengths. It spliced goofy family footage from Craig's past with futuristic airs, cheeky cameos, and some of the finest barrel riding in recent memory.
Now Miller has released a 13-minutes of unused Super 16mm footage from Slow Dance. It's got Craig, Dane, Ozzy, Ryan Burch, Rob Machado, Thomas Campbell, Dion Agius, and Nate Taylor all over Italy, Chile, Canada, Indo, Australia, and Maine.
Remember the pre-Former days with this BTS of Slow Dance.
