What Ever Happened to Carlos Ruiz?

November 29, 2016

We can't believe it's been over ten years since Carlos Ruiz's part came out in Blind's second-biggest release What If. Carlos opened up his part eating shit on a succession of massive rails, hubbas, and stairs; stuff that could probably end your life doing. Yet he became known for ultimately conquering each spot and laying down a perfect backlip down El Toro. What Carlos lacked in overall style, he made up for with serious guts.

But after What If, we never heard from Ruiz again. What happened to Carlos Ruiz? Find out tomorrow, Nov. 30th via our new full-length skate doc, Redefined, featuring exclusive interviews with Carlos, Antwuan Dixon, Bill Weiss, James Craig, Knox Godoy, Dennis Martin, and more.
