Ariel Pink Shares Kaleidoscope Visuals For "Feels Like Heaven"

August 24, 2017

Ariel Pink has been sharing new tracks from his upcoming LP Dedicated to Bobby Jameson since earlier this summer, all of which showcase different facets of the dazed pop auteur’s musical persona.

Now he's given us the latest visuals for his forthcoming album, a kaleidoscope of visuals for "Feels Like Heaven," a cacophony of 80s pop perfection. The retro looking video comes by way of director Pete G.D., who shot it in London. It features Pink singing the song against hazy and cloudy backgrounds, sometimes on a bed, sometimes while he's on his cell phone.

So far, he’s also shared the songs “Time to Live” and “Another Weekend” off the forthcoming record. And Pink is also planning an jam-packed month-long tour starting in October and hitting every major city in the US. We're always happy to see Ariel creating new music, and while we did like his last full-length Pom Pom, which was next-of-kin to Frank Zappa: satirical, divisive, and more interested in transforming genres, we're really digging these new tunes more.
