Girl and Chocolate Want You To Shoot and Edit A Short Film

February 5, 2018

To celebrate 25 years of collective filmmaking, Girl Skateboards and Chocolate want you to write, shoot and edit a short film. Girl and Chocolate have spawned some of the most seminal skate films, like Yeah Right and Pretty Sweet, and now the masterminds behind such films, Spike Jonze and Cory Weincheque, are going to be sifting through video entries and choosing the winners.

Your film has to be an original work (duh), less than five minutes, uploaded online, and in by April 1st. One film will be chosen as the grand prize winner. Winner will receive an all-expense paid trip for two to Los Angeles, California to hang with the team while they film for an upcoming video project. The grand prize winner will also receive the Girl Films/Chocolate Cinema Prize-Pack including eight skateboards, entire apparel collection, and recognition across Girl and Chocolate social platforms and a featured blog post on crailtap.com. Two films will be chosen as runner-ups. Winners will receive the Girl Films/Chocolate Cinema Prize-Pack including eight skateboards, entire apparel collection, and recognition across Girl and Chocolate social platforms and a featured blog post on crailtap.com.
