We've always liked Australian brand Afends; they've always stood as an independent and alternative tribe of surfers and skaters.
Having recently inducted a couple of young friends into the Afends family, they decided that there was no better way to initiate the new members of the skate team than throwing them all in a van and hitting the road. Living in extremely close proximity with six other dudes 24-hours a day with somewhat of an objective should be hard, but it seems like Afends has scored a good group of heads, keeping the vibes high and dropping this beautiful but heavy trip clip. It seems like the crew only scored a few clear days the whole time they were in NZ. But as the following content will attest, on the few occasions the heavens weren’t pissing on them, the hungry lads held it down.
The Afends skate team joined forces with legendary filmmaker James James to bring you this clip which was filmed in ten days in the land of the long white cloud, also known as New Zealand.
