Watch Cam Richards in "22"

January 29, 2018

Underrated East Coaster and goofyfoot, Cam Richards hadn't put out a new edit in a while. That was until him and one of the best young surf filmmakers, Victor Pakpour teamed up and pitched Vissla on a new video project.

In between two QS competitions in Portugal, Victor flew out and met up with Cam, and the two spent two weeks surfing and filming all over Portugal. It was the first trip-based edit that Cam had ever done, and with limited time, he really felt the pressure to land his tricks and not waste anyone's time. We all know how hard it is to get enough primo clips to make an eight-minute short, but Cam and Victor nailed it with "22." It's a creative film that has an edge of grit and a whole lot of impressive surfing, including some clips from their time spent at The Cave on Cam's birthday.

Watch "22" below.
